Volunteering Holidays in Ullapool

We also host two International Voluntary Service projects each year in association with SCI International.  These projects are structured to maximize cultural and community interaction and promote peace and you can join as part of SCI.  As a co-ordinator for Adopt a beach an integral part of each project is an organised beach clean from Corry Point to Creag Iohlaire.  Last year's projects included clearing a native woodland and an area of species rich grassland of rhodedendron, working in the Lochbroom and Ullapool Grower's Group Community Garden at Leckmelm and weeding the Ullapool Primary School Garden to prepare the soil for a fallow winter.  Please contact IVS Scotland for more details.
