Leckmelm House - sleeps 4 (5)

This modern villa is set at the edge of the larch forest at Leckmelm adjacent to the Strath Nimhe bridleway a steep track that leads up to the hills of Meall Dubh and beyond to Scotland's most remote Munro, Seana Bhraigh.

The house sleeps 4 in two bedrooms and there is a sofa bed available for an additional fee if you need to accommodate an extra guest.  The house is located within walking distance of the Campbellton Cottages at Leckmelm which makes it an ideal base for a larger social gathering.

Living Room

The living room has an amazing central fireplace as its focal point.  The room itself has couches and armchairs, a patio door, full size pool table and a 55 inch TV which we are told is great for watching sports matches.

Dining, kitchen and Utility room

The kitchen is open plan to an dinign area and if you are musical the house also has an upright piano to use.  A great space for socialising and cooking the kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and hobs.  Small appliances include mixer, hand blender and steamer.

 

Bedrooms - sleeps 4

Two bedrooms. The twin room has pine beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers, the double bedroom has a sumptuous superking sized bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. There are televisions in each bedroom.  There is a sofabed in the sitting room to accommodate up to two additional guests if required.  Please note for bookings that require the use of the sofa bed an additional fee of £50 applies.

Bathrooms

There are two bathrooms: the principal bathroom has a bath and WC, in addition there is a separate shower room with walk in shower and WC.
