Staying Safe Roadmap to Reopening

KEEPING SAFE....
As time moves on we are looking forward to a time when we can welcome back self-catering guests. I don’t know when this will be, but for all those who have booked for this year we have kept in touch as the public health guidelines are updated.
We have made risk assessments for the business and how we operate now, and we are now looking at how we operate in the future when lockdown allows travel. The priority is safety of the guests and those who work here. So these are some steps we are implementing, but it would be good to have your feedback and see if that gives you confidence and if there is more to be done:
☀️ We will ask guests to check out by 9am, an hour earlier than normal so that we can sanitise high traffic areas such as door handles, taps, bathrooms etc prior to the normal changeover clean
🔬All cleaning staff will be trained in cleaning for non-healthcare settings during the pandemic and will have attended a ROSPA accredited infection control course on line
🧺 We will ask that all departing guests strip their own bedding and towels and to place into a sealed linen bag. We have also bought in additional mattress and pillow protectors and will wash and change these between each guest staying
😷 Cleaning staff will be issued with PPE to clean to keep them and you safe
🥙 We will assist guests to access a list of details of local food delivery services, including the Seefresh chippie, the Seafood Shack, the Fish van, take aways and wholesale fruit and veg boxes when they are staying here which will help you to access biosecure food delivery services
In Scotland when we enter Phase 3 of the easing of lockdown it is likely we will re-open, as such no one knows when this date will be and it depends upon the rate of infections in Scotland, but it would be good to get your feedback and suggestions on this.
Thanks from all at Leckmelm 💚 Stay Safe!
