- All prices are weekly usually from Saturday to Saturday, daily rates are available subject to availability for stays which are a minimum of three nights, please enquire for further details.
- All prices are inclusive of linen, towels, central heating and electricity charges.
- All properties have an open fire and bags of logs can be ordered for your stay.
- Please ask if you have additional requirements. We hire the following: High chairs @ £5/week. Cot @ £10/week. Z bed @ £15 per week.
- Need travel insurance? Rothwell and Towler have been insuring our clients since 1973 - they not only insure you against cancellation but also against weather conditions and mechanical breakdown. Visit Rothwell & Towler web site. It is strongly recommended that cancellation insurance be taken out as refunds will only be issued if we are able to re-let the booking.
- A deposit of £100 per week booked by cheque or bank transfer is payable upon reservation and is non-returnable, the balance is due one month prior to arrival. No reminders are sent.
- A damage deposit cheque for £100 is required for lettings of Leckmelm House upon commencement of tenancy
