At Leckmelm there is a network of paths which are suitable for all forms of recreation. There is also a sheltered bay from which you can launch light craft and canoes. Leckmelm is located three miles South of Ullapool, an attractive eighteenth century fishing village which boasts a variety of cafes, restaurants and shops. There is scope for activities both indoors and out. Ullapool has a thriving music and arts scene, fantastic leisure centre and an indoor climbing wall and swimming pool. The music of Clanjamfree at the Seaforth in Ullapool Beyond Ullapool you may wish to experience Scottish culture at its best: from the historic sights of Dunvegan on the Isle of Skye to Ardvreck Castle, Munros and mountains or even a ferry to the Isles of Lewis and Harris, all is within easy reach of Leckmelm.
